The ledger website has no option that allows you to track your Ledger Nano X or Nano S shipments.
The same goes for the Cryptosteel and every other product they sell.
So, how do you track the shipment of your Ledger Hardware wallet?
Well, there is an easy way to do it.
The first one is to wait.
If you have recently purchased a Ledger Nano hardware wallet, you will notice you don’t get an instant email notification confirming your order.
That’s because the email notification is only sent once the order is ready to be shipped or successfully shipped.
For Ledger Nano X orders, the shipping waitlist period is 2 weeks. So you won’t be receiving any updates until 2 weeks.
The second way is to use this link:
*Change order# with your original order id.
You can find the order id on the confirmation page that shows up after you complete the purchase of the Ledger Nano wallet.
You’ll then see the tracking page where you need to enter your email that you used to place the order at the Ledger.com website.
Enter the email and hit OK.
Then, you will be able to check the overview of your order. It will show you the step-by-step status update of your order as well.
You can check your shipping address, payment confirmation and order progress on this page.
If for some reason this step doesn’t work for you or you don’t have your Ledger order id#, the best thing to do is contacting their support team via Twitter.
Ledger has no other way of communication in regards to support except for Twitter. DO NOT try to communicate to Ledger via any other means. They don’t have phone support as well.
